Whether you’re a student, the parent of a college student, or higher education staff/faculty, college has unique stressors and opportunities.
Whether you’re considering career options, making a big change, or looking to improve job satisfaction, your career is deeply intertwined with your wellbeing!
Whether you’re busy with family, school, work, or all of the above, let’s practice slowing down and re-discover yourself while juggling daily tasks.
Whether you’re an artist or not, creativity is a form of self-expression often stunted by traumatic life experiences. Let’s get creative together – yes, in therapy!
Whether at work or at home, many of us pay the cost of caring for others. Let’s talk boundaries, self-care, and finding your nervous system reset.
Whether you are wanting to meet new people or deepen your existing relationships, let’s discover how you can find belonging.

Maybe you’re juggling college classes, being away from home and learning about this “adulting” thing. Or maybe you’re wondering how you became the adult & who let you be in charge?! If you’ve lost a sense of balance, if you live your life like everything is urgent, you are in the right place. If you’re not sure what you want or who you want to be but you feel a pressure to do it well (perhaps even perfectly!), I hope you’ll reach out!
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel whole-heartedly accepted. I will meet you where you’re at and we’ll work together to move toward your goals. You will feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued as we navigate life’s challenges with curiosity and compassion. My approach to therapy is integrative, humanistic, & relational.
Integrative: I pull from different theoretical approaches such as CBT, DBT, SFBT, ACT, EFT, and IFS to fit each unique individual’s needs because therapy should fit you, not the other way around.
Humanistic: I don’t see people as a diagnosis, I see you as a human who has adapted to survive. Rather than ‘fixing’ you, we work to understand your patterns and change what is no longer serving you.
Relational: I believe the relationship matters and safe connection heals. Feeling like you click with your therapist is a must! If it’s not me, I’m happy to provide referrals to other wonderful people doing this work.
